Introduction

QBEM, LLC is company with international reach. We are in web business since in October 2003 by gathering our knowledge from designing web pages, managing servers and providing the best services to clients. Many webhosts put too much emphasis on price instead of services offered. In our understanding of this business this approach is wrong and we provide high quality web hosting, domain registration and server management services in order to ensure you get the best online presence possible. We also have a LLC company QBEM, s.r.o. established in Slovakia in European Union.

Our view on webhosting business

We do not see you, a potential client, as a market. We see you as an individual. As such, we hope that the individualized treatment you receive will encourage you to do business with us. Many hosting companies bet on their ability to host content with only a vague clue about security, backups, redundancy and quality of their services.

People often reach for more affordable products and services, but in the long run they loose much more in the expenses and that the cheaper hosting provider gives them. We take for granted to provide some services for free such as control panels, vast knowledge base with lots of useful info, trouble ticket system, live support, security hardening, script installations, consultancy and more.

We are not always going for the latest software packages on servers. We wait a while until all security issues and bugs are resolved and then implement the new solutions.

Our Facilities

Most of our servers are located in various datacenters in the U.S. and a few are located in Europe. Take a look at network maps. We are purely internet based company plus we have support staff from all over the world. This way we can provide real-time support 24 hours a day.

All our servers are in high-tech datacenters, truly monitored 24 hours a day, every single minute and immediately rerouted to other uplink in case of some failure. Networks is covered by 5 independent network providers (Verio, Williams, Level3, Time Warner, AboveNet) giving in total capacity of 14 Gigabits!!! All our servers are connected to 100 megabytes-per-second switched network and fully burstable up to 100 megabytes-per-second.

We use branded servers either from Dell or other reputable brand based on Intel's processors to provide the best stability and reliability. All servers are powered by redundant UPS power plus A/C generator backups. This was proven invaluable when our servers were working without a single minute of downtime during an electrical outage.
